The Adobe Acrobat .PDF format, for both text and drawings, can be read by your Web browser if it has the free add-on linked below. This format displays and prints out very well. Many other documents are also available over the Web in this format and about 90% of our requests are for it.

If you have CAD software it will be able to read only certain types of drawing formats. Three common types are .DWG, .SKF, and .DXF. If you can read one of these, you may request that format.
Please check your "name" and "email" inputs. Both these are critical to our getting back to you.
We are having a lot of trouble with spam blockers, and bad e-mail addresses. Large files and form replies are often blocked. If you do not hear from us in 48 hours, our reply may have been blocked at your end. Please send us an email with the desk and file format you want.
