The problems, with solutions, reported so far are:
We try to get all orders out within 24 hours. As the files tend to be large, we send them in off hours.
If you have not received the materials you ordered in just a few days, it probably means that the e-mail address we have for you has an error in it. Order Internet forms do not contain automatic return addresses. Please e-mail us with your normal e-mail software so that it will include an automatic return address. Be sure to include the name of the package you ordered and the file format.
I do go on trips from time to time for a few days each. Some times a electronic virus attach will either delay us or destroy a few return addresses.
In any case of delay, please drop us an e-mail.
